The house features a private entrance to the beach and a designated garden space for parking. On the lower level, you’ll find a BBQ area, kayaks, beach chairs, and a half bathroom. The property also includes another rental home and the caretaker’s residence.

Situated just a short walk from the renowned Punta Uva viewpoint—one of the area’s top attractions—you’ll have breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline at your fingertips. This hidden gem is located at the end of Arrecife Beach, where the last 100 meters of this world-class shoreline feel practically private during mornings and evenings, ensuring an intimate and unforgettable experience.

Guests have private access to the entire house, including a direct pathway to the beach and a dedicated parking space in the garden. Although the property is shared with another rental home and the caretaker’s residence, the house itself remains completely private. You’re welcome to explore the vibrant garden, unwind by the beach, or enjoy the kayaks and beach chairs available for guest use.

Pet Rules:

• Only one pet is allowed per reservation (small, maximum 25 lbs / 11 kg).
• Pets cannot be left alone in the accommodation at any time.
• Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
• Owners must clean up after their pets immediately, disposing of waste in designated trash areas.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
• In shared areas, pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Please bring everything your pet may need, including their bed, toys, bowls, and leash.
