The space
The rate varies according to the number of guests registered in the reservation.
Rooms and tepees are opened based on the confirmed number of guests, ensuring comfort and efficient use of space.
If your group increases or decreases, just let us know in advance so we can adjust the setup and rate accordingly.
General layout:
• 6–12 guests → Main house (4 bedrooms)
• 13–14 guests → Main house + 1 tepee
• 15–16 guests → Main house + 2 tepees
Spaces are not shared with other guests; it is for your group’s exclusive use.

Access for guests
Guests have exclusive access to the villa, making it a private retreat for your family. The number of bedrooms prepared will depend on the number of guests in your party, ensuring a comfortable stay.

2. Check-in time: Every day from 15:00h onward.
3. Check-out time: Before 10:00 am.
4. Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 16.
5. Quiet hours: Out of respect for our neighbors, please avoid loud noises between 21h00 and 07h00.
6. No smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
7. Parties & events: Please do not host parties or events without prior authorization.
8. Pets: Pets are not allowed, as the property owners have allergies.
