The space
Villa Asencia is a private retreat for up to four guests, combining comfort and tranquility in the heart of the Caribbean. With a warm and cozy design, the villa features two bedrooms (one with a King bed and the other with a Queen), two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool—perfect for refreshing dips at any time of the day.

Access for guests
Guests will have full access to the villa. The space is completely private and for their exclusive use, including the pool, kitchen, and all amenities.
The neighborhood
