The space
Welcome to our charming two-story beachfront home, designed to be the perfect retreat for your tropical getaway.
On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, and laundry facilities. The spacious corridor offers stunning garden views, allowing you to relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean and immerse yourself in the surrounding wildlife. There's also a dining table with seating for 8, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.
Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms await. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom, with breathtaking views of the sea and garden. The second bedroom, ideal for families or groups, includes a queen-sized bed and two single beds in a bunk arrangement, along with its own bathroom for added convenience.
The highlight of the property is the private beach access. Step out onto a tranquil shoreline, where you can take peaceful walks, soak in the sun, and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.
Access for guests
Guests have full access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms. The garden and private beach access are also yours to enjoy during your stay.
The neighborhood
The property is located on Playa Grande beach, about 20 minutes down the road from the largest town in the area, Puerto Viejo, and just 5 minutes from the small town of Manzanillo. Manzanillo is literally the end of the road – you’ll then find 10,000 protected acres of jungle and mangroves - the Gandoca Wildlife Refuge. And then you’re in Panama.
How to get here
The most convenient way to get around Playa Grande and Manzanillo is by car. Having your own vehicle gives you complete independence to explore beaches, restaurants, viewpoints, and the Gandoca–Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge at your own pace. Parking is easy and free throughout the region.
Biking is also a fantastic way to enjoy the Caribbean coast—many guests love riding to the beaches, cafés, and small shops. Walking is perfect for short distances and enjoying the relaxed jungle–beach atmosphere.
Taxis and private drivers are available in the area, and transportation can be arranged as needed.
